We imprison ourselves with our stories, our beliefs, and fears. We remain in a cage, while the key to our freedom lies in our pocket. We are blind to the beauty of life, to the miracle that each moment is, and we go through life struggling to find peace.
When you completely accept this moment, when you no longer argue with what is, you become fully conscious, without needing to label this moment in any way, and you will know peace. Be here now. This moment. As it is. Here lies your peace.
Remember: I am not my name, my profession, my body, thoughts, emotions, personality, experiences, or story. I am life itself. I am the space in which all things happen. I am consciousness/awareness/the witness/stillness/presence/spirit. As all spiritual teachers conclude: I am

As one of my teachers Mooji said, “life cannot be against you, for you are life itself. Life can only seem to go against the ego’s projections, which are rarely in harmony with the truth.”

The past is over. The future does not yet exist. I am who I decide to be. All that matters…is now.
Let go of the emotional anchors that keep you trapped in the past, release any limiting beliefs you have about who you are, what you aren’t capable of, and any idea of “this is my personality and just who I am,” and truly experience your divine nature in the only place and time that exists: here and now.
